Early-access form · Last updated 18 August 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Fighter Ready Ltd (company number 17188544), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. For anything you submit through this site, Fighter Ready Ltd is the data controller under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Any question about this policy: [email protected].

2. What this policy covers

This page — the Fighter Ready marketing site — does one thing with personal data: it takes early-access sign-ups. That is the whole scope of this policy.

It does not cover the Fighter Ready app. The app handles far more, including fighter records, guardian consent and health-adjacent data, and it has its own policy. Nothing you enter here is added to the app, and creating an app account is a separate step.

3. What we collect

When you submit the early-access form, we store exactly three things you typed:

We also record the time your sign-up reached our server. That timestamp is generated by the server, not by your device.

We also measure how the site is used, through PostHog. This is deliberately minimal: no cookies, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no attempt to identify you. It counts page views and clicks so we can tell whether people reach the signup form. Your browser's Do Not Track setting is respected — if it is on, nothing is measured at all.

Because it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, there is no cookie banner. PostHog does receive your IP address in order to answer the request; it is used to derive an approximate country and is not stored against you by us.

If you submit the form, we record that a signup happened and which role was chosen. Your name and email address are never sent to PostHog — they go to our database and nowhere else.

The guardian consent page at /guardian carries no analytics of any kind, by design.

4. Why we can hold it

WhatWhyLawful basis
Name, role, email To tell you when Fighter Ready launches and give you early access, which is what you asked us to do Consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a))
Sign-up timestamp To order the waitlist and to evidence when consent was given Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f))
Anonymous usage measurement To see whether visitors reach the signup, so the site can be improved Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f))

Because we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time and we will delete your entry. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it: email us, or use the unsubscribe link in any message we send.

5. What we will and will not send you

Launch updates about Fighter Ready, and nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share this list with anyone for their own marketing, and we will not use it to advertise unrelated products.

6. Who else touches it

Two suppliers process this data on our behalf, both under contract and neither permitted to use it for their own purposes:

CloudflareServes this websiteGlobal edge network

Where any transfer leaves the UK, it is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. A copy is available on request.

7. How it is protected

The sign-up table has row-level security switched on, with a policy that permits inserts only. There is deliberately no read policy, which means the public key used by this website can add you to the list but cannot retrieve the list — not your entry, and not anybody else's. Reading it requires a separate credential held only by us. All traffic is over HTTPS.

8. How long we keep it

Until launch and for up to 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If Fighter Ready does not launch, we will delete the list and tell you we have done so.

9. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

Email [email protected] and we will respond within one calendar month. There is no charge, and we do not require a reason.

We make no automated decisions about you from this form, and there is no profiling.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.

10. Children

This form is not intended for under-18s and we ask that they do not use it. If you believe a minor has signed up, email us and we will delete the entry.

11. Changes

If this policy changes materially before launch, we will email everyone on the list rather than quietly updating the page.
