1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Fighter Ready Ltd (company number 17188544), registered at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
These terms cover this website only. Using the Fighter Ready app is governed by separate terms, which you will be asked to accept when you create an account.
2. What this site is
A marketing site for Fighter Ready, a platform for UK combat sports, and a form for joining the early-access list before launch. That is all it does. It is not the product, and nothing on it is a substitute for the app.
3. What is described here is not yet built in full
This site describes Fighter Ready as we intend to launch it. Features are under development and may change, be delayed, or not ship at all. Nothing on this site is a contractual commitment that any particular feature will exist, work in a particular way, or be available on a particular date.
Any launch date shown is a target, not a promise. Photography, fighter names, clubs and results used on this site are illustrative unless clearly stated otherwise, and do not depict real people or real bouts.
4. Joining the early-access list
When you submit the form, you confirm that:
- you are 18 or over;
- the details you have given are your own and are accurate;
- you are happy for us to email you about the Fighter Ready launch.
Joining the list costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It does not create an account, reserve a place, or entitle you to any particular service, price or launch date. We may contact you about the launch, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We may remove entries that are obviously fake, abusive, or submitted automatically, and we may close the list at any point.
5. Safety claims on this site
This site describes safety features of the Fighter Ready platform, including the Fighter Ready Rating and its hard gates. Those features are decision-support tools built to help coaches and clubs make safer matches.
They do not, and are not intended to, remove the risk inherent in combat sports. Responsibility for who fights whom rests with the coaches, clubs, promoters and sanctioning bodies involved, and nothing described on this site transfers that responsibility to us.
6. Our content
The Fighter Ready name, logo, the text, imagery, 3D scenes and code on this site belong to Fighter Ready Ltd or are used under licence. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse its content commercially without our written permission.
You may not scrape the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system behind it, submit the form automatically or in bulk, or use it in any way that interferes with other people's use of it.
7. Links to other sites
This site links to BoutPass and may link to social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content of any site we link to, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on it.
8. Availability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity, arising from your use of this website.
If you are using this site as a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights, and nothing here affects them.

How we handle what you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you have a problem, please email [email protected] first — we would rather sort it out directly.
